Bow Styles and Materials.

Raven longbows are made with the best quality material that can be sourced. 

All bows are made with either a "Blonde" or "Toasted" Bamboo back complimented by single or multiple inner laminates of Greenheart, Pau Amarillo, or Purpleheart. 

Normally an Ipe belly is used but alternatives such as Massaranduba or Yellow Balau can be used for the lighter weight bows. 

All bows are fitted with nocks made from either black buffalo horn or cow horn which is generally white or white with figuring. The cow horn nocks can add a stunning visual effect to a bow.

Bows can be produced either right or left-handed with either an inset mother of pearl arrow pass or a self-adhesive Teflon arrow pass. 

All bows are supplied as standard with a single loop FastFlight string, bow bag, a block of string wax and if required a bow stringer.
